Press Release

March 7, 2018: The Amsterdam Photo Club is proud to announce its collaboration with GUP Magazine, Fotoacademie and the Melkweg visual arts, continuing the tradition of  ‘Meet the Photographer’ and private viewing events that was started last year.

The local photography community in Amsterdam is more vibrant than ever before. During this event, the 9after5 group together with other photographers having published their own photography book get the chance to showcase and sell their own published work. It also gives an opportunity for those wanting to learn how to publish their own photo book; Niels Stomps from “Fotoboek: van beeld tot publicatie” at the Amsterdam Fotoacademie will give a lecture at 15:00 on photo book publishing best practices.

Join the exhibition and take part in private portfolio viewings: http://amsphotoclub.com/meet-the-photographers-portfolio-review-by-gup-magazine-and-fotoacademie/
