Join us in an walk through parts of the Amsterdam springsnow festival route. A visually stunning initiative that celebrates the magic of whirling elm seeds scattering as natural confetti all over the city.
The walk will take us from the Elm Arboretum in Amsterdam Noord (not far from the EYE Filmmuseum) to the Hortus Botanical gardens. Weaving through the eastern part of central Amsterdam, the route is a great way to explore the city in bloom.
The writer John Green was so impressed with the ‘falling of flowers from the sky’ in Amsterdam, that he wrote about it in the bestseller book ‘The Fault in our Stars’.
